1 x ME TIME single espresso shot contains up to 5mg of caffeine compared to 1 × standard single espresso shot which can contain up to 200mg or more of caffeine. 

IMPORTANT

Current Australian guidelines recommend not exceeding 200mg of caffeine per day while trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Refer to our FAQ for further information.
