Flame-Free LED Pink & Gold Textured Cross Greek Easter Candle/Lambatha

Created in collaboration with Creatif by Isabella Anothony, this special Lambatha was designed with love and intention, so that every child can take part in the joy and light of Pascha safely, comfortably, and with meaning.

For families whose children are medically complex, have sensory sensitivities, live with disabilities, or use medical equipment that makes an open flame unsafe, these battery operated Lambathes offer a gentle and thoughtful alternative.

They are also a beautiful option for younger children who may be too little to safely hold a real flame, but who still long to take part in the service and carry the light alongside their family.

We will be using one for Oliver this year. He will be able to hold his candle with pride, walk safely, and participate fully in church, just as he is and just like everyone else.

While these Lambathes may not be traditional in the strict sense, the intention behind them is the same.

At home, the Lambatha can continue to be used during prayer, quiet moments, and conversations about our faith, helping children grow familiar with the light of Christ in a way that is safe, comforting, and part of everyday life.

This is not about changing our tradition, but about making space within it, so every child may stand in the light, feel included, and be held within the life of the Church.

Details: Each Lambatha is approximately 28 cm in length and comes with 2× AAA batteries included. Packaged in a clear case with gold handles. A small button located underneath the candle lights the soft flame when pressed. The Lambathes have a slight natural, wax like feel.
