Shipping policy
For overseas orders, please email us to discuss your requirements. Please note, however, that we do not ship to North America. We apologise for any inconvenience. Additionally, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box postal address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your order, we immediately begin working on it. Packages are prepared and sent out within 1-3 business days. If you require a faster turnaround time, please consider selecting the Express shipping option.

- Standard: $15 with tracking.
- Free Standard shipping for orders over $150.
- Express: $20 with tracking.
New Zealand (allow 5-27 days for delivery)
- Standard: $20 flat rate with tracking.
- Free Standard shipping for orders over $150.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick-up within 1 business hour. You will receive a notification via email or text, depending on your selected preference. If your Click & Collect order is not collected within 14 days of the pick-up notification, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address.
Allow 1-2 days for delivery.
You will receive a text message with delivery information, the scheduled drop-off time, and an image of the item once it has been delivered.
